In House Slitting / Cut to Length Facility :-
We have inhouse SLITTING facility for cutting Strip & Coils. we can provide strip & coils of various size & shape according to customers requirement. To augment the die cutting and in response to customer demand, the machine dose strip cutting, log slitting, guillotining and sheeting equipment.Machines include models which use rotary blades cutting against a polypropylene bottom roller and have an open ended construction to allow the processing of materials which are wider than the machine frame.For heavy duty or thick materials a ‘closed’ end version is available for extra strength and rigidity.
Where materials can be cut in coil or roll form without the need for unreeling, automatic log slitting facility are available. These versatile systems can be pre-programmed with job details and characteristics including the cut product width, number of passes, lubrication cycle, blade regrind cycle.The powered rotary blade cuts through the material and core, leaving the slit product available to be removed in a complete coil, either as a finished tape, or for subsequent feeding and cutting, usually through a kiss cutting system.
